By accessing SafetyVera, you agree to comply with the following terms designed for industrial compliance and asset management oversight.

1. License and Scope

SafetyVera (Vanthika Solutions) grants you a non-exclusive license to use the platform for the management of industrial assets and compliance auditing within your organization's site hierarchy.

2. User Accountability

Users are responsible for the accuracy of audit data. Attempting to bypass geolocation tagging or "pencil-whipping" records is a violation of our integrity protocol and may result in account suspension.

3. Service Availability

While our Hardened PWA architecture provides offline resilience, Vanthika Solutions does not guarantee 100% uptime of cloud synchronization services during scheduled maintenance.

4. Limitation of Liability

SafetyVera is a tool for compliance oversight. The ultimate responsibility for safety and regulatory compliance remains with the facility management and organizational owners.

Terms of service are subject to update. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
